At Divine by Dajah Rae, all sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our collections and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

• Color selection
• Shipping information

Preorders

All preorder purchases are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending a replacement item if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Divine by Dajah Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
